Not only do I feel for the people of India, but I feel for their relatives who are here in the US. How hopeless they must feel when they think about what is happening to their relatives there. So sad.

Yes, we have a very large Indian community here where I live and I am thinking of them as well.

I am practising yoga for peace of mind. My colleague keep saying ‘namaste’ to remind each other to remain peaceful when something is going not right.
